1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Yagnvedi are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including:

  • Dislike of the product
  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture (common in handcrafted or natural items)

2. Product Quality Assurance

Every item is thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch.
We take utmost care to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:

To Claim a Replacement:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the package from all angles before opening.
  2. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Send the unboxing video, clear images, and your order number to:

Important:

  • Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will be rejected.

  • Gift items
